Illustrating & Designing for Inclusive Frontline Training
In collaboration with Impact by Design and Workplace Respect, I worked on a free, accessible course for the Domestic Violence Association Foundation (DVAF)Â to equip frontline workers with the skills and knowledge to support LGBTQ+ individuals experiencing domestic and family violence.
My role involved creating bespoke illustrations, interactive design, and setting up the LMS, ensuring a seamless and impactful learning experience.

Illustration & Design for Insurance Industry eLearning Modules
In collaboration with Workplace Respect and Impact by Design, I contributed to the creation of an eLearning resource for a major Australian insurance provider, designed to equip leaders and frontline employees with the tools to support vulnerable customers effectively. Spanning three modules—“Supporting Frontline Employees as a Leader,” “Responding and Referring Customers Experiencing Vulnerability,” and “Recognising Customers Experiencing Vulnerability”—this project featured custom illustrations, interactive design, and LMS setup to deliver an engaging and practical learning experience.
